A system with reduced threat is a system that isn't in survival mode. You can't perform in survival mode!
Many healthcare providers will rely on rest to treat symptoms, and while rest certainly does have its place, by treating the problem at the root and rehabbing the systems that have been injured, we can make sure you don't develop issues down the line.
